Shipping, returns and the small print

Shipping

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days by USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking. Once it’s in the mail, expect 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping is $6 flat, free over $100. For now I ship to US addresses only. If you’re elsewhere, email me and we’ll work something out.

Returns

If a pendant isn’t right, email buy@finecones.com within 14 days of delivery and send it back unworn. I’ll refund the price of the piece once it arrives. Return postage is on you unless the piece arrived damaged or I sent the wrong one.

Custom pieces are made for one person and are final sale.

Arrived damaged? Send a photo within a few days of delivery and I’ll refund or replace it with a piece of your choice.

Handmade from a natural thing

Every piece is cut from a real pine cone and finished by hand. Small bubbles, tool marks and uneven edges are part of it. Photos are taken in daylight or at the bench, and colors vary a little from screen to screen.

Privacy

This site has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser.

When you check out, Stripe collects your payment and shipping details. I receive your name, email and shipping address so I can send your order, and nothing about your card. If you send a custom request, I receive what you typed into the form. I don’t sell or share any of it.
